Social media design.
A feed that looks intentional, not improvised.
Templates and one-off graphics built for how your organization actually posts, sized right for every platform you use.
Social media design succeeds or fails on one question: does it make the next action obvious? For a nonprofit, that action might be a donation, a volunteer application, or a program sign-up, and every layout, headline, and button on the page is judged against whether it moves a visitor toward that action or gets in the way of it. A feed that looks intentional, not improvised.
We also design for the people maintaining the site after launch, not just the people visiting it. Nonprofit teams rarely have a full-time developer on staff, so every build is structured so a communications coordinator or program director can update copy, swap images, or add a new page without filing a support ticket. That’s as much a part of social media design as the visual design itself.
Performance and accessibility aren’t treated as optional extras either. A slow-loading page or one that’s unusable with a screen reader quietly costs you donors and applicants you never hear from, so both are checked before launch rather than left as a someday improvement on a backlog no one gets back to.
Three steps, start to finish.
What we see organizations get wrong.
Built as a template system your team can actually keep up with, not one-off graphics that stop looking consistent after a month.
Questions about social media design.
How long does social media design usually take?
Most social media design engagements run 4–8 weeks depending on scope, though a narrowly defined project can move faster and a larger, multi-part engagement can run longer. We’ll give you a specific timeline once we understand what you’re starting from and how many stakeholders need to review along the way.
Do we need anything ready before we start?
Not much, access to existing materials (brand assets, site logins, past campaign data, whatever applies to social media design specifically) and one call to align on goals is usually enough for us to start. If you don’t have those materials organized yet, we can help pull them together as the first step.
Can this be bundled with other services?
Yes, social media design is often paired with related work in the same category, and many clients combine it with an ongoing retainer once the initial project wraps so the work doesn’t sit unused. We’ll flag what makes sense for your goals rather than upselling everything by default.
Who actually does the work?
A small, consistent team, not a rotating cast of freelancers. You’ll know who’s working on social media design for your organization from kickoff through delivery, and that same team handles revisions rather than handing you off to someone unfamiliar with the project.
What if we’re not sure this is the right service?
Tell us your goal and budget and we’ll say plainly whether social media design is the right starting point, or recommend something else in our services that fits better. We’d rather scope the right engagement than sell you the wrong one.
